M80 hasnt been as dominant since split 2 started and you have to remember the teams are 1-1 (3-2 in guard's favor in maps) and the circumstances of M80's win arent repeatable in the slightest

the only dominant win guard has had was against faze and faze is clearly garbage. m80 played the 2 hardest teams in the group first.

if you watched the OR game youd know the score is a lot closer than the map really was. Watch M80 matches against TSM and TTR, they were pushed a significant amount and especially in the case of the TTR match, they won due to a lot of individuals. Im not saying that M80 is bad or wont finish first, just as they are RIGHT NOW, the guard is looking more solid

My brother the one time guard won against m80 m80 had secured first seed. They didnt even try. The Guard is “dominant” against one of the worst teams while tsm and tt are actually decent. If that was the deciding factor MxM is the best team rn.

how would that make MxM the best team? if we base it SOLELY on how much they beat the teams they beat, they lost a map to G2 meanwhile guard has lost 0 maps. And if we include strength of the teams they beat liek you said, faze > Mad, and OR>>>>>G2

Forgot about all that, Guard beat M80 when literally nothing was concerned, M80 beat Guard where points were concerned. Points are the value system at the end of the day, that's what my first post was about.

I know, but I cant really justify to myself putting them above TTR and OXG at this point yknow. TSM is a solid team and could honestly beat teams like MxM and that area, its just OR, TTR, and OXG look slightly more promising
