NA offseason lan?

they should have a LAN with the franchising and challenger teams in the off-season since it feels like there is a franchise wall blocking the two sides from playing each other. also, riot never allowed any NA LANs until Americas' franchise league started (game released 2-3 years ago btw), so I feel like riot owes the players/fans
