It doesn't make sense to remove him and put another player from the roster in the IGL role when no one is capable of doing that.

I would rather have dephh working hard to improve his IGLing capabilities and have 4 insanely cracked players on top of a decent/good IGL. Both him and the team needs time to improve (more)
