I think most of the NA teams management had some vision of a superteam.

Sen had the bilingual vision.
Eg had the 10 man roster vision.
100t thought they were good enough somehow.
C9 had obesity to glory.

i think NA organizations are just stupid and had visions of being a superteam in a unique way. Other regions just made actual good rosters who fit together

They need to stop recycling players. This game isn’t csgo where experience/knowledge is crucial. Get some cracked players that can communicate and you have a team

i've never watched cs, why do you think experience is less relevant in valo? is it because it is a "young" game?

csgo doesn’t really have a meta so its maps are more complex. players have to know every little detail (lineups, bugs, peek angles), and game sense is paramount. that’s why csgo good players are very consistent. in valorant, you just have to run the newest meta/comp and have cracked aim. gameplay is simpler and comes down to skill (making comps/plays is difficult tho)

but yeah, age of game is important. the amount of lineups and peek angles pros know in csgo is probably 100x more than valorant and I’m being serious

trend among NA teams that i see is that their attacking site in most maps are really weak

I think there are 3 main issues with the NA teams rn:

mid coaching
mid IGLing
role issues in teams

It's why a team full of good players can still perform so poor.

yes exactly. Those organizations were so blinded with their visions of a superteam they didnt bother just building a well fit team. C9 wanted to sign vanity and yay for their obesity to glory so bad that they created a team plagued with role issues. EG wanted to spread their budget across 10 players so they got a bunch of random tier 2 guys instead of actual good pros.

The EG 10 man is never going to work especially since they kept all their players from pre-franchising

The real reason is because the NA players make the most money, live in LA, and they fall in love with the lifestyle and lose the passion for the game. The players in poor countries cant afford to be bad because then they go poor. Many NA tier 2 players making more than franchised players in EMEA, SA and APAC. NA can afford to be bad because money is good
