How do people not realize that he was a big part of Sentinels role issue not just Dephh cause this mf cant play anything other than Jett. Dont, come at me with Kay/o, sage nonsense cause those are the easiest agents to play and any half-decent pro can flex them. How is this man so protected? How is he never the problem according to so-called fans? How many more excuses are you gonna make for him? He is just not that guy.

Dephh is a problem but this roster aint gonna win shit as long as they have Tenz too unless he becomes their 6th man and only comes in to play jett on maps Zekken has to flex.

Bruh, Tenz playing only Jett isn't a problem. I can't remember the last time Aspas played a different agent.
As for Tenz not performing, that's true, and you can check it on his VLR page (0.88 K/D with Jett in the last 7 games). But that only means he isn't the god player we thought he was. He could still play at a franchise level and be impactful as an entry, changing his role to sage is not going to work.

Bro but Aspas is actually good, Aspas has bad games but you can rely on him to pop off 90% of the time. WIth Tenz its the opposite, he only pops off 10% of the time and people act like he is a god and rest of the time he is inconsistent af. You cant be the "main fragger" of an ambitious franchise team with his performances but ig Sen aint really ambitious. Just feel bad for their fans for actually hoping they can win something.

have you ever considered that when syyko and kaplan made the team... they took every single player into consideration .. syyko literally spoke with tenz to make sure he was a good fit for the NEW sen roster...

his job was not secure by any means..

they could’ve went with cryo or yay..

bro there is no hate, the little hate/criticism is only on vlr, go to his twitter, go to his yt, go to his streams, everyone is supporting and being positive. He is very protected. Even on vlr which is the only place he is criticized, just look at the support on this thread he is getting despite him playing bad for 2 years. He will make a good content creator, he is just not cut for pro play.

He literally has tho, it's his team that hasn't been the same. People are really extrapolating the time period where he was forced to raze on split and take that as the be all and end all of his performance when in reality he would pop off so hard that Sen would only win those games where he did. It was an issue with the team not wanting to change and actually practice and create strats. No coach also didnt help that, on top of that the org never supported them at all.

How are people still defending Tenz?

Tenz was the face of valorant before tarik. What do you expect from a fanbase? You dont simply start supporting an org without a reason. People are cheering for the players who are in that respective org. Not the org alone smh. And tenz was the pillar of sentinels. Like its not that hard to figure out the reason on 'why people still cheer for tenz'.

tenz definitely hasn't been performing that well recently but saying that he was only good during masters 1 is the easiest way to spot someone who hasnt watched valorant at all during 2021. He did really really well in masters berlin and in champions 2021. People are so happy to see him struggle its just insane to me, get a life.
