It's not a cultural thing, in CSGO when Fallen(the biggest brazillian player) went to Team Liquid, the CSGO brazillian fanbase supported him. it's a Loud fans thing they did the same with other players that leaved the org on other games like Lol and Free Fire seeking for better opportunities, they have a huge ego, and start spreading hate at every player that leve their org for other team.
