He plays Sage and almost top frags all the time.

Best sage EU yes, but player no. It's easier to get good stats when you play for the best team, there are plenty of better individually players than him

I like watching Sinatraa play. He's really good.

Im not convinced. I think Tenz pretty well rivals sinatraa individually, if not usually superior. Sentinels just has better teamwork.
And you could pick multiple G2 players as well as someone like ScreaM or Zyppan, who have been putting up better performances but are on weaker teams overall
RU is pretty clear though, Shao has been insane.

In Na its probably Sinatraa because of is versatility and controled style
