Why the fuck is there no transfer window before LCQ?

We are just forced to watch the dogshit teams is so boring
It's more interesting for viewers for bad teams to make a change (even a bad one) then stay a shitter for the rest of the year

second window is march, so after first tourney of the year before the split start

but on the other hand you can have a longer practice time before the next season(like next year)starts, it's good for bottom tier teams since they wouldn't be likely to find success anyways

if they are not likely to find any success then its not necessary to have transfer window. transfer window will open after champions so they will have 5 months of practice because most likely next season will start again at february
