Why are t1 switching their controller players?

T1 literally have the ban and intro on the same exact role and they keep switching them for different maps, wouldn’t it make sense to trust one player and let them flourish rather than having absolutely no difference in comps other than a name change on the ui? I’d rather see ban play when we have a double initiator comp or a double duelist comp, why is he playing the role intro can play well?

I dont get it either. Maybe theyre giving the 2 subs way more in depth info on the anti-strat or something?
cause like neither of them have any hard lineups that would need them to swap constantly

And like they’re literally playing omen on just different maps, i don’t know how they want to do this but autumn on c9 didn’t ever swap his players like this. Idk who’s calling a player swap just for the heck of it but it does not work and team compositions don’t mesh well with unecessary changes

I understand eko -> Sylvan more than Ban - > Intro. Switching into your growing prospect? I get it. Switching out of what would be your growing prospect? No clue what's going on. Even the fact that eko entered the year with Gen.G and sylvan was added, it's the reverse for Ban so even that doesn't make sense.
