Shahzam and Valyn vs Franchise IGLs

Genuine question, putting the "Rat" hate aside,
how are Boostio, Deph, and the C9 IGL in there than these two?

boostio: eg being stupid
runi: c9 being poor
dephh: getting carried by cryo zekken ayrin and bcj

I think the guard roster chose to stay together and Boostio and Dephh literally had a better 2022 than Shahzam.

Dephh hate is out of control he got 5th at champs.
