As you can see, current Gambit roster is:

Vladimir "Kayos" Ivanov (manager)
Andrey "ENGH" Sholokhov (coach)

All last names end with "ov". Except for:
Ayaz "nAts" Akhmetshin

Unfortunately, nAts must go. Gambit cannot reach full power until this happens.

Possible replacements are:
Andrew "BRAVEAFb0Y" Gorchakov
Vyacheslav "Art1st" Lyadnov
Adel "dreAms" Smirnov
Leonid "Panic" Pozdnyakov

With this, Gambit is easily top 1 world.

so the logical conclusion is that everyone else must go
