Much much more common in Mobile Games and China

KOL is a step above influencer. Cuz you need to share your opinion to dev/publisher to improve the product you're an influencer at (representing the playerbase)

non-influencer > Influencer > KOL > Dev

You can but you kinda need to buy a Chinese Account or such to get in, not to account that Chinese server games has a law-required verification system (that requires either a CN phone or CN National ID)
