Indians, I have a question. If you lived in both India (especially in a big city) and then moved to a country with a smaller population, feel free to answer.

What is it like living among so many people? I always get this feeling that you would lose a sense of community. The massive cities and the unprecedented amount of strangers seems creepy to me (in an existential way).

ive lived outside india most of my life
honestly its opposite for me
in many foreign places there are large areas which are entirely empty and in the long run it just feels lonely and depressing
in india theres always smtg interesting going and other people dont rly feel like strangers honestly as india is much more open and people interact more unlike places like americe where everyone keeps to themselves
its only annoying waiting in lines

You have cities that have a larger population than most EU countries...

When you get used to the population, it feels weird to see such empty and silent streets. Shops close by 7-8 pm here is so strange. It feels that the city is dead.
