Yes its rnakin's on purpose.
Was waiting for c9 to get a team to do this. I'm ranking in tiers of teams I think are close to eachother, but tiers are ordered. Most teams can peak 1 above their tier or bottem out a tier below. But, between A- and B there is a GAP. But between S snd A- there is a much smaller gap.
S : Loud, NRG
A : Furia, Lev, Sen
A- : 100T
B : EG, Kru
C : MIBR, C9
We're gonna start at C10, they have role AND culture issues. They succeed when an individual succeeds, it's 2021 Valorant personified. Compared to how teams play now, it's a step behind. As for MIBR, they didn't look as good as they were told to. Maybe if Heat become God they'll win.
EG and Kru are solid teams. If Kru kept Xand, It'd be closer. Just goof teams, maybe they'll challenge 100T? Idk.
100T is in a tier of their own. They are A- because I think they can challenge every team above them, but I don't think they'll be able to get a top 3 place in AM. They abused cryo's versatility, but it didn't add much. They could beat a team above them but they're a huge underdog, but they can beat anyone under them pretty reliably.
Furia, Sen, and Lev are what will make the AM league the best league. These 3 teams (imo) are fighting HARD for the 3rd slot. I think they're all close in terms of skill and ability. They each have great teams, but I have them ordered as such for a few reasons:
- Sen has 4 insane players and deph (who is a fine IGL). They had to face Fnatic first, and Zekken had a really bad series. I have confidence he'll do better in the regional league when he isn't facing the best team in the world. They still have Sacy, Pancada, and Tenz. All are top talents, enough for me to put them in A rather than A-. Simply, Furia and Lev are better and more reliable picks to get 3rd.
- Lev is very good, but Furia almost took a map off Fnatic. They're close, but Furia has proven they can throw down with the top global dogs.
Nrg is slightly worse than Loud, but it's close enough to basically guarantee they'll place 1 and 2. Nrg only gets stronger as a meta goes on, so it'll be interesting to see if the Optic core can FINALLY win out their region.
