Ranked does matter to a extend since some playes were picked up there...However i can also tell most them do not pass the competitive play check list. with only few that pass to adapt in real game situation worst example is prod.

To summarize most of them are players who will go nowhere. but you will find with some good talent if you look deeply.

I’d say that happens because, as dephh himself said “he plays every match as if he was playing a champions match”, what works in ranked is a lot different to what works in pro play which is why those 2021 Jett demons have all fizzled out
