Why so many roster changes in NA ?

first c9 and now sen , why do they keep changing roster dont they have any confidences in their players, just one tournament and they are already shaken, EU and pacific is better at this

true that fenis is shaking in his boots just like his aim dephh is waking up and opening sentinels twit to check if he's dropped or not vanity already out
