I think he's talking about how Berlin will have more diversity in teams cuz of teams like SMB, and how because of the points unless they go really far they prob wont qualify for LCQ, which sucks because they are a stacked team.

cant fault riot for that, a team cant form just before champions quals and expect to make champions on points unless they actually qual.

100% agree, in form teams cant be rewarded just cause they got good players 3 months before worlds. A year-long tournament means that teams that scored points way too early still get to come to champions. Like nuturn , they got defeated badly in quals for berlin, but they will probably still make it unless VS goes way too far in the tourney. The same goes for x10

Yeah VS will need a top 8 finish which will give them the extra 100 points to qualify.
