EDG is a professional esports organization based in Shanghai, China, and it was founded in 2013. The organization has teams that compete in several different esports titles, including League of Legends, Honor of Kings, and PUBG Mobile.
In League of Legends, EDG is one of the most successful teams in the Chinese League of Legends Pro League (LPL). The team has won multiple LPL championships and has also represented China at international tournaments like the League of Legends World Championship (Worlds). In 2018, EDG made it to the quarterfinals of Worlds before being eliminated by Fnatic.
Outside of League of Legends, EDG also has successful teams in other games. In Honor of Kings, EDG won the 2020 Honor of Kings World Champion Cup. In PUBG Mobile, EDG's team won the PUBG Mobile Global Championship in 2021.
