EMEA is EU+CIS+TR
NA is NA+OCE
but BR and LATAM are independent
KR,JP,and SEA are also independent

I think Riot should seperate CIS,TR,and OCE and give them a slot.
NA OCE EU CIS TR KR JP SEA BR LATAM SA(India and Pakistan) CN(Once the game is available there)

This would be better for the growth of this game

unpopular opinion, but tr teams just needs more scrims practice w eu teams and next year they will on same lvl.
but yeah, in this moment tr region have only 1 good team (cause paura have a lot eu expirience)
