NA qualifiers lowest stats

I was checking the lowest stats on the NA Challenger league, and there are some players that get oddly low DPR, HS%, or ACS. Does anyone know if they are troll teams or skill issue? Also where could I find a vod for these games ?

one player had average 11 damage per round, and one had 1 kill in 2 maps so I ask myself why even play in the league if you're that bad? Also why I want to see a vod
