Franchising Benefits

I was just thinking about how franchising league seem to have benefit Americas and Pacific region a lot more. Why?
Cause in America you fuse talents from NA and SA into 10 teams which make them stack.
For pacific region you also fuse talents across different countries into top tier teams and give them more money/structure so they can focus full time being pro.
I feel like EMEA is currently playing catch up and may be the weaker region?? We shall see next week :)
