DRX is good and proven, EG and C9 are not championship contending teams and they lost

I agree, KOI/KC/Heretics/Giants are all not that good tbh... only top 3 EU teams are decent. NA has more talented players, and they have the money to build stacked teams which makes NA better than EU in middle of the pack teams, but top EU teams own top NA teams.
