Valorant is the most likely title at the present time, but there is still a gap in competence.
What is needed to bridge the power gap?

Asia Already Won FPS Title In Overwatch and crossfire
Overwatch - Dominante By Koreans
Crossfire - China
vietnam and china are godly in crossfire i really want to see lucas from vietnam to switch to valorant i just find him insanely good
Matter of time valorant they are equally footed, STILL THINK strat is the main problem no S tier apac IGL
I think part of the issue with the IGL thing is the reliance on coaches and analysts for some regions. Korea has world class strat building in preset plays - mostly due to really strong coach/analyst support. But I think they are weaker in mid round adjustments due to this. The day Korea gets a Vanity/FNS tier IGL is the day they stomp the world scene.
codm is dying here in the philippines valorant mobile will be the new dating app
It didnt happen in CODM though (not counting BR games) they fell early outside Top 4 and NA finished 1-2 this year (yeah, NA). maybe things change with VALM and R6M
Be honest, most likely never, seen it in CSGO & R6S, same story in VALORANT so far.
DRX is Asia last hope, they have great firepower, strategy, deep agent pool lineup, chemistry, no language barrier. But somehow they always failed.
I believed too much on Vision Strikers because they had a great teamplay. Paper Rex did really good in some Masters But they couldnt arrive to any final event so its difficult because 3 regions were better than Asia in the past. If Asia wanna do something I think It Will be because PRX and DRX.
China will carry Asian Scene Just Wait ,if the game was approved since 2020 China Would Have Won Masters
But Chinese players have definitely been playing since launch they VPNs or whatever. C'mon EDG looked lost against top tier team play. Won't deny that kang kang is world class tho.
