Fake magazine, can't find it it through google images and it's also lacking in text compared all of the others one. Just more outrage over nothing. Thinking obesity is healthy isn't some popular opinion, it's just a niche Tumblr subculture that could be saying it ironically.
Media companies always cater to the audiences they want to get by saying what that audience wants to hear. This is nothing new, you just notice it when its fat people.
