Why don't European gamers want turkish people?

Why don't European gamers want Turkish people in their own servers? Especially European girls.
What is wrong with these people(Turks)?

They are afraid of KARA BOĞA, idk, I'm OK with Turks personally.

I personally enjoy playing with turks, but there are a lot of them who no comm / only flame in vc so that's probably why some people have a prejudice against them. Also another thing might be when playing against turks who are on 70-80 ping people also might complain about ping abuse but idk

Hell of a very large proportion of toxic players.
It is a video game, you are not here to hear constant slurs and insults.

some turks are nice but that 1%. makes me want to never play the game again, bro they wont talk when you are winning but that one round you lose. All hell is let loose and you will see the most racist piece of trash, toxicity, flaming in those few seconds.

All the cringe apes play in Frankfurt so I only play on Paris and London servers at 10 ping and below.
