don't know about the format tho but I think Heretics will go on a run even tho I don't rate them high in EMEA. They already looked decent in India tournament with like week of pracc and seemed to have decent chemistry already. Also they have some LANimals and if the players are on good form they can be dangerous here also with extra experience together already. Also unironically I think Boo might be the best IGL here outside of maybe Stellar.
