no, imo. he just held hand like that to soften the fall but it was unluckily on the way of the ball, he even tried to hide his hand behind his body so it doesn't make contact.
If he hadn't touched it it would be 1 vs 1 so it was deserved even if unintentional.
doesnt matter if unintentional, it blocked and stopped the play and was also pretty much a pass to both of his teammates
