heretics arent close to best team but calling them tier 2? they have slightly cracked players and the only hit or miss is mixwell but hes slightly worse online imo.

"capable". this tier 2 ranking means("here", strictly here, in this case) below top 3 in emea (and that is a power ranking, before we see most of these teams compete). and similarly prx and drx are tier 1 in sea, and rest are tier 2 or 3. this is not the actual/commonly used way of saying "tiers". if you can understand this fine. otherwise who cares, enjoy your day
