Why do riot think its a good idea to continuously make skins without any upgrades or noise, like nobody buys them. Its such a waste of good potential that the skin has till you hear that it has no upgrades

neptune had some variants and has sound, its a really good skin. However we get these new skins now that look fire but have no upgrades. So much wasted potential
