Is rickrolling against the rules?

Yesterday, I made a post saying "Scrim scores leaked" which was a rickroll, and it got taken down. Then I made another post asking if rickrolling is not allowed, and it got taken down too. Someone explain to me if even saying the word "rickroll" is prohibited
