thats where Im at with my pc, would require like a whole rebuild new motherboard and anything to improve it.
Thinking of getting an ssd (i still only have a hdd) and some more ram (only got 8gb) for black friday since they are pretty easy to upgrade and dont require major uphaul

I tried playing ow2 and i kept going up to like 1gb vram and it kept crashing so

I tried OW2 too and it was darn Unplayable. It would go to 240fps and then drop to 30 go back and forth all the time. My 240hz is absolutely useless with this garbage gpu.

Wait what gpu do you have?
I havent hit 240 in ow in years

Gtx 1050 while having absolutely no other tasks open and with alot of optimization

Keep in mind its only 240fps for a few seconds then it drops again and during gunfights my pc sometimes just gives up πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€

200+ fps is low ???

thats what im saying man

like fps isnt really the biggest bottleneck if u have a 60hz and get 60+ consistently but still, 200+ isnt low unless ur running 4000 hz or something

have you upgraded from W10 to W11? everyone I've talked to about FPS drops have gone to W11 due to peer pressure and glowy thing while not realizing valorant is optimized better for W10 and struggles with W11

man now i finally have the budget for something but i don't understand much about bottlenecking and overall future proof builds, i don't know where to start and i think i'm gonna buy a built system that i'm gonna regret later.
anyone know how can i start understanding how to use compatible pieces and stuff like that?
there's this build with rtx 3060 and i5-12100f(i think) and it's up my budget, does this go for like 4-5 years?
motherboard is msi 610m something

what is your budget range btw

#42
NG1nS

well i honestly have enough money to build a very better one, but i only play valorant and i feel like it's gonna be a waste so i'm just thinking of having a decent buld to be able to keep up for a couple of years so yeah i'm going for 1000$-1300$ something like that
