Riot should delete Yoru and Neon from the fckn game

i think with some skill he can solo controller
like his cascade ability has a lot of potential
only problem is that he cant hold a site by himself unlike other controllers

i´m watching some streamers playing with harbor, seems to be a weak strongholder.
