Literally stop complaining. The more you blame on others, the less you improve. It does not matter if that teamate costed you that round. What could you have done to make sure you won the round. Keep this mentality and you will improve. Especially in low-mid elo (silver-diamond) where people constantly believe that its their teamates fault and uses that as a virtue signal to lie to themselves that they are the better player.
