what's the franchise format's gonna look like?

I think it's more or less gonna be the same like what they did in League, double round robin format with top 8 gonna go to the playoffs with double elim bracket. But I hope the weekly matches is gonna be BO3s instead of BO1s, it's going to be boring if that's the case, wdyt?
