Make NA account and request access to PBE I got in day 1 so don't ask me anything about these people who waited months for riot to accept PBE access
Do you have to play a couple of matches from the NA account to get access or a fresh account can do the job?
My account was stacked with matches when I applied so no I don't think fresh accounts can do the job
