I guess we have some discussions about which orgs that deserving (and not deserving) the slots and guess my fellow ID can conclude that Riot's decisions with RRQ were, should I say, not appropriate considering the local fanbase even the market. in other discussions, I think it is not just RRQ that not deserving the slots but there are some e.g. Gen.G for some (that maybe better if it Damwon, etc). Then guess now (and soon) it's a good time to re-check is the papa rito chosen orgs were good enough or, should be petitioned to be left or changed maybe? maybe all of you has the other idea ?
