I don't follow the free agents in this rostermania but how many T1 indo players are there really that are unrestricted free agent? Is it really rrq's inability to buy restricted players or those restricted player's current team being able to jack up buy out prices just because they want to keep their players for ascencion league? I think boom's ceo is a competitive one and might climb ascension league with a good roster.
With all said and done, I think rrq should've gotten all indo even if they can't afford restricted free agents, they should've gotten those who are free. Philippine's talent pool right now suxks.
