Lucid dreams are the best (control), but they are rare sadly. But dreams that motivate you or make you happy are good. Obviously waking up and realizing it was just a dream isn't as nice tho. Also in weird way seeing nightmares and then waking up and realizing everything is alright is kind of nice as well. Makes you appreciate/care more about some things and other people. Like seeing nightmare where something bad happens to closed one and then you wake up and everything is fine.

It kind of depends. Its still kinda blurry like all dreams and the thing with lucid dreams is that you know its dream. And at least for me in lucid dreams I usually start fading out from it and everything starts getting blurry and then I have to get back into it by thinking something else. But even still lucid dreams are really nice and feel kind of realistic in a way. Let's just say you should take advantage of these dreams if you know what I mean.
and in the end of the day, its a dream. What you get from it is what you remember when you wake up you know. That's why its hard to say how realistic it is in the moment. Hard to explain if you haven't experienced one. Its nothing crazy crazy but still fine.
