actually import rules only say you need to have four players from your region on your starting roster, but the starting roster consists of six players so you can have two imports
actually this may conflict with what thwifo said so maybe they changed it
hmm maybe I should have been paying more attention to the difference between "starting roster" and "active roster", though to be fair the difference is never described
