OT of Valorant has higher stakes for every round. In CS you are allowed to make 1 or 2 mistakes during OT, as mentioned previously, there are even rounds you save.

Val's OT actually feels like the end of the game, you have basically no roomfor mistake, you have to get everything right, win every duel, not whiff, have a good strategy. CS's overtime on the other hand, is just the gane getting longer, it doesn't feel like the end, the stakes are not as high in any given moment

Makes sense for them to reset tho, ultimates change drastically the course of a round, and in a scenario where losing a round is basically ggs you should only get the ult when the round's outcome is basically already written

CS OT >>>>. Valorant OT makes no sense, 2 rounds straight = win, you whiff, make the wrong call, make any mistakes at all, you lose. If the opposing team switches just 1 out of all their tactics, you're bound to lose in val OT. CS with its 6 rounds makes more sense and is way more fun to watch as a whole instead of valorant OT.

valorant OT, you basically back against the wall and ever round counts, cs you are allowed mistakes and can even save it just not as hype.

FaZe vs C9 major, final map and full of clutches and crazy ass rounds will forever be my favorite OT match and will beat any Valorant OT match. But that’s just my opinion
