First it was instant for dms on mumbai server Nowadays its 10 secs don't know why
são paulo dm = almost insta ranked = usually from 10 seconds to 1 minute (if 5-stack it takes at least 2 min) unrated = insta

Illinois DM - 0-10 seconds Comp 10s to 2 minutes depends on time of day, in immortal
I used to play Oregon and comp queues time were 5 minutes as a d2 and it would just kick me to Cali servers
