Tournament format for 30 teams?

I can't possibly think how they will organise the tournament for 30 teams in a format that isn't boring- will they organise it in 6/10 team groups? if yes then all the groups would have 3/5 winners and 15 teams still remain (lol)

what do you guys think? has riot done a tourney this big in LoL?

5 groups 6 teams each and the best ones go to playoff I would guess

6 groups of 4 + 2 groups of 3 (top 2 qualify) => Champions format

Single Elim would be nice. It’s like 30 teams, any other format and it’ll be too long
