New Yoru buffs are so unnecessary

Seriously though, what is Riot doing? His flash isn't even the part of his kit that's letting him down. Instead they could've given his tp a buff by reducing its duration, or made the decoy flash detonate quicker for it to be more consistent...

If he need to get buff that much they should just rework him or delete him. Its a ranked agent anyway.
