#VCT '23 Roster Construction Rules

Rosters must be submitted to league by Oct 15th (for the sake of visas/work permits)
Pre Season Transfers Window is Sept 26th, 2022 - Feb 1st, 2023
Roster must consist no less than six (6) team members , and one (1) GM/Coach

Mid Season Transfer Window Mar 6th, 2023 - Mar 25th, 2023
VCT Teams are required to arrive in their Hub Cities by Mar 19th, 2023
VCT 2023 season ends on Sept 11th, 2023 (for contractual purposes)
Minimum Age Requirements - born on or before March 26th, 2005 (18 yrs old)

If you previously partcipated in a Challengers main event in any VCT League in 2022, and were born between Mar 26th, 2005 and Mar 26th, 2006, you can still participate with Parent/Legal Guardian acceptance.

If they’re requiring players to move to a different city for months, it makes sense that they’d want to be cautious when dealing with minors. That being said, I can’t find any top-tier players that would actually be affected by this rule
