how many hours from new is the announcement for franchising?

idk but it's already 6pm here

9:00AM 22ND AEST. convert and it should be accurate

Probably in the night? Because they need the timing to be for Pacific teams too (Equal to what would be morning in the US)
since it cant be like 5-9AM in Korea for PAC (just to be prime AM times)

UNLESS Luck meant EST/PST instead of Australian Time (I cant see it being that which is 8AM Korea)
