The state of NA, today.

So with the leaks, NA has 4/5 teams confirmed, and 1 heavily suspected. Each currently has a roster. Those are, if course:

Hundreds of Thieves
Stormy nine
No Red Gators
T1 (no jokes, they're Korean)
And the team that gets actual domestic viewership

So, in short, 4/5 of the top rosters from North America in 2022 have no home. At this point, I do not see 100T flipping their roster. They are the only org that I think will stay the same from top to bottom. Now, the other four. Two are fallen hero's of NA. One is a historic organization of Korea and Riot competition. NRG is there two.

I do not know what NRG will do. If they drop the whole squad, I wouldn't be surprised. If they stay the exact same, I wouldn't be surprised. They are the odd ball of teams fr.

I'd like to first say a few things. Mainly, This year won't be the F/A rush everyone expects. Optic won't release their roster, faze might not, gaurd might not. There are two huge overlooks in this whole situation.
1) there will be a regional league in NA that will promote a squad to the main league. Some teams won't release the roster, and only accept buyouts, like Optic might.
2) I have a question if how long will the America's league last?. Just think, NA has the most consistent and highest Valorant viewship. We all know that an NA league would work. And, from what I've seen, Brazil has gotten behind Loud. Maybe, in 2-3 years, the America's will split into NA and SA. If Val can become the next BIG esport, it will allow more region breakdown. How soon will this come? Idk, LoL started with I think 4 league by 2014? Now they at like 10, with over at least 70 teams.

So, my expectation, is buyout prices will be dropped for players that tell their org that they won't play regional. Then next year, we will see more roster drops an exits from bugger teams that don't get the One franchise position from regional. There are 4 levels:
1 - Franchisers
2 - Regional powers (OpTic, XSET, Gaurd, Faze)
3 - Regional presents (V1, EG, ghost, TSM)
4 - Tier 2's

Tier 2's are the emergency options, Region presents are the big sellers (Corey, Zellsis, Zander, Nismo, etc.), the Regional powers will require a pretty penny to aquire a single player, and will probably be set on trying for the 11th spot.

That's my take. T1, C9, and Sen will all need pieces but C9 still has a good core, sentinals still have Dapr and Tenz, and T1 is a bug org idk what they'll do. Maybe Sen will reinvest in Zellsis and Zander since it seems V1 isn't a franchising team.
