i was thinking...if it was a meme tier list why he put every ''minor regions'' down in D tier except for PRX ?
if i was doing a meme tier list or a copium tier list i would for instance put loud and furia in S fpx in D aside with i dunno optic and etc

but if u compare for instance emea top teams i dunno except for fnatic/fpx they still better than most of the teams from brazil, apac jp, kr etc...that's why ppl consider brazil, SA region as minor etc
