Ok so they make agent called Killjoy with "Bug" that is in the game since shes added to it, players decided to pick her with the knowledge of the "bug" (which isn't even bug but ok), gets trolled by their own agent pick and then cry about replay?

They just maintaining the competitive integrity of the game and pretty sure FPX agreed to replay which is pretty great on their part(hopefully the outcome doesn't change)
I have already watched my favourite team loose today.... can't watch FPX loose too
