Upper finals Bo5

The lower finals are Bo5 and of course the grand finals are Bo5 as well. Wouldnt it make sense that the upper finals is Bo5 as well? Seems weird that lowers is Bo5 but upper finals with potentially the 2 best teams is just a Bo3. Thoughts?

Imagine if loser of Optic/Loud wins in lower bracket, they would have to play 3 Bo5s 3 days in a row

Probably because whoever loses upper final will get another chance in lower grand final the very next day

I agree, but imagine you're one of the teams in the upper finals, then you lose and get to player the lower finals, then you win and play the grand finals. That's three Bo5's in a row, i don't think any team could decently perform at the grand finals in this scenario

I understand the point. But league teams have to do the same thing depending on format. They will just slam bo5s day after day. Just a product of double elim system
