It's crazy how all you needed to do is win 2 BO3 to get 4th place if you get a bye, while teams that made it out of groups played 2-3 more BO3s just to survive. The most mind numbing, unfair format I've seen in the history of Esports. Literally need 2x less preparation.

This is why teams like Optic and FPX are goated, they needed to play through the entirety of groupstage, have playoff opponents watch all their strats and still win it all.
